Why True North?
Those in the military, orienteers, and others experienced with traditional land navigation know that "True North" differs from magnetic north (on a compass) and grid north (vertical lines on a topographic map), as leading to the geographic North Pole. When plotting on a map or using a compass, users must compensate for these differences. In much the same way, True North Transitions differs from other job search resources by providing participants with the additional skills and supplementary resources needed to significantly improve job search outcomes and career success. Clients learn innovative, aggressive, and proven strategies that set them apart from their competition and help them "map" the best route to their next job more quickly.
